To start , I just wanted to thank my beautiful daughter Mel who invited me to my first yoga class and I’ve been hooked ever since. What yoga has taught me is a way of being more real and authentic and coming from a place of compassion and love. I can say from my experience being on my mat I feel more in shape physically and mentally and for me to see my community coming together and sweat, laugh and cry that’s what we need every day. Why not.!?! Let’s take it one breath at a time!
